Sean Pieres

Co-Founder & Director

Sean Pieres is the Director of MindArc, a specialist eCommerce agency running 15+ years based out of Sydney, Australia. MindArc has a service coverage in design, development, marketing, and infrastructure, working with large-scale retailers in the B2C, B2B and Marketplace segments and has focused experience with the Shopify Plus and Shopify Hydrogen/Oxygen platforms.

Sean personally has a BA in Design Computing (USYD), a technical/solutions background and is a certified Shopify Solutions Specialist and part of the Shopify Global Partner Advisory Council representing the AU region.

Working with names like Accolade Wines, ResMed and WooliesX - Sean has considerable experience launching, growing and integrating large-scale retailers into fast-performing, scalable and secure technology.

Matthew Craig

Co-Founder & Director

With over 15 years of specialised experience in eCommerce, Matthew Craig brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic business acumen to his role as Director and Co-founder of MindArc. His passion for creating coordinated online presences that deliver optimum ROI has made him a trusted partner for businesses looking to amplify their digital performance.

Matthew's expertise spans the full spectrum of digital commerce, from Shopify development to comprehensive digital marketing strategy. His hands-on approach has helped notable brands, including King Living, Strandbags, and Archie Rose, achieve their online growth objectives.

David Mulgrew

David Mulgrew is a Founding Member of the MindArc Group, serving as Managing Director across MindArc Marketing and MindArc Telecommunications.

He is also the Co-Founder of Daily Label, a local start-up fashion brand. With over 20 years of experience across SaaS, telecommunications, and eCommerce, David has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of MindArc and driving its growth.

He has led multiple teams and projects, combining operational leadership with deep industry knowledge to deliver scalable digital solutions. David is passionate about bridging technology, marketing, and business strategy, ensuring that MindArc’s solutions deliver measurable impact while mentoring and empowering teams to achieve their full potential.

John Vella

Head of Technology

John Vella is the Head of Technology at MindArc, where he has been instrumental in shaping the company's technical landscape. He started his journey 10 years ago as a backend developer.

John has been pivotal in establishing robust code and structural frameworks essential for streamlined development and delivery processes. His role evolved over the years, leading him to his current position where he oversees full-stack development. He has played a crucial role in delivering large and complex systems within Shopify's ecosystem, leveraging both front-end and back-end solutions. With extensive experience in cloud infrastructures like Amazon, Google, and Cloudflare, John has driven MindArc's digital growth. He is also responsible for creating and managing innovative products and development tools, ensuring his team remains at the forefront of technology advancements.

With over 17 years of experience in digital marketing within the UK and Australian markets, Usman has developed a deep understanding of the diverse landscape of online business.
