Furthermore, the Click and Collect service needed to be operating optimally, causing inconvenience and frustration for customers who preferred this method of order retrieval.

To tackle the challenges faced by Be Fit Food, we implemented a comprehensive and strategic approach to enhance their subscription service and overall user experience. MindArc established an efficient process to seamlessly flow subscription orders from Shopify to a specialised subscription app, ensuring smooth operation and accurate order processing.
We introduced multiple breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack options, allowing customers to mix and match according to their preferences. This new setup enabled users to edit their choices even after finalising their subscription orders, providing flexibility and convenience.
In the "My Account" section of the subscription portal, we developed an intelligent system that allowed users to easily edit their subscription items, options, billing, and delivery details. This enhancement significantly improved the user experience by offering greater control and customisation.
To streamline inventory management, we provided the client with tools to manage stock levels efficiently, ensuring inventory data was consistently updated between Shopify and the subscription app. This integration helped maintain accurate stock information and reduced discrepancies.

Additionally, we developed an end-to-end solution for subscription services and product bundles, offering users greater flexibility in customising their orders. We also enabled a Click-and-Collect (C&C) feature, allowing customers to pick up their orders at their preferred locations.

Be Fit Food was an exciting project. We got to dive deep to understand how custom subscription logic works and what we can develop with the subscription application to create a unique implementation fit for BeFit.
